Paradigm Group Holdings has completed the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Elysia-Raytest

Elysia-Raytest joins a portfolio of specialist businesses within the Group, including LabLogic, Southern Scientific, BriTec, Knight Imaging and Care Wise
The acquisition strengthens the Group's capabilities across software, instrumentation, radiopharmaceutical production, quality control, radiation detection and laboratory technologies. The Group sees significant opportunities for collaboration in research, development and innovation, particularly as demand continues to grow in areas such as theranostics, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and targeted alpha therapies.
LabLogic and Elysia-Raytest will continue to operate through their established brands, customer relationships, management teams and commercial organizations. The Group recognises the importance of maintaining appropriate commercial separation and will continue to operate in accordance with applicable competition, procurement and regulatory requirements in all markets it serves.
The priority throughout this process remains supporting customers, suppliers, employees and partners while investing in the long-term development of both organizations.
